Set of 10 Antique Large Porcelain Dinner Plates with Green & Gold Decoration Hallmarked. My Mother was crazy about her china & had more than 60 patterns of dinner plates to choose among when she entertained.

For our New Years Eve party, we moved away from Christmas red to green & gold. The dinner plates are an antique pattern of white background ornately decorated with green & gold floral. The center of the plate is painted with a floral spray around which are various vignettes of lovers in a garden. We believe these plates were made in Czechoslovakia, but hand-decorated in the United States by Edgerton, a company in Edgerton, Wisconsin.

That specialized in the high-end decoration of European porcelain. They are 11 inches in diameter & can be used as service plates &/or as dinner plates. This set of plates is in excellent antique condition with the gold foliate work intact.
