Offered for sale is this set of 6 Rosenthal German porcelain dinner plates, with a ivory color ground and decorated with a central rose bouquet, gold filigree, and red and gold borders. They date from between 1925 and 1941, and were retailed by Stern Brothers of New York City. I have another set of 6 (with more gold wear) listed separately. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.
The plates are just over 10.5 inches diameter. All 6 plates are in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no repairs.
There are some minor touches of gold wear, I have included a close up picture of the front of each of the 6 plates. Please see the close up pictures.
Rosenthal marks on the backs as shown. Unfortunately, we have no control over that.
