This listing is for a Full Set of Twelve (12) Old Vintage Early 20th Century Large 10 5/8 Gold Gilt Porcelain Dinner / Cabinet Plates. They have a fully etched pattern and gold encrusted surface. At 5th Avenue and 30th Street in New York City, N.

The porcelain was made by Cauldon Ltd of Staffordshire, England. These Cauldon marks date from c. 1904 - 1920 (photo 5). Most of the Collamore marks have worn off but you can still see some (photo 6). They come with all of their original cloth / fabric protective spacers given by the Gilman Collamore store. There are 11 in total (one between each plate when stacked). You can still see Gilman Collamore & Co.

NY and at Newport, R. On some of them (photos 7 and 8). They are in great condition overall with no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. All rims and edges are great with no chips! 7 of the plates look excellent with no notable issues.

4 of the plates have a good amount of darker discolored spots in the gold. I did not clean the plates, just wiped off, so I do not know if these spots will go away easily. I've never encountered them before. One of these plates has a spot of worn gold and the final plate has a couple specks of white showing through gold of surface (photos 10-12), are the worst. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. (White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). They are big, heavy, and fragile weighing just under 18 lbs together (about 1.5 lbs each) before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. UPS is usually the cheapest for big and heavy packages. They measure about 10 5/8" across, 1 3/16" tall, and 5 7/8 at the bases.
