HAVILAND Limoges c1879-1886 Set of 8 Dinner Plates Birds Butterflies 211 w FLAWS
PATTERN: Unknown on Blank 211. PIECE NAME: Set of 8 Dinner Plates (this pattern comes on a pale green, pale blue, and taupe ground - all of these are pale green or pale taupe).
I have other pieces in this pattern. 5 of the 8 plates have flaws all shown in detail in photos 7-11. Photos 7 & 8 show rim chips.
Photos 9 & 10 show short 1" to 1 1/2" hairlines. Photo 11 shows a flake forming on one of the plates.
Plates still look great and are very usable. It's a gorgeous pattern on a great blank!
