Antique Victorian 6 Plate Set Limoges France Hand-Painted Ocean Sea Shell Theme

  
This is a set of 6 beautifully hand-painted white ware plates depicting a sea life/marine motif. These were likely decorated by my great great aunt, who was a keen hobby china painter (as was the fashion in the Victorian/early Edwardian eras). The particular company that manufactured the porcelain blanks is unknown, and all plates are simply marked "Limoges France". Each plate is 8.25 in diameter, and features a scalloped and gold-painted rim.

These are in great antique condition, with no chips or cracks! Thank you for looking, and please check out my shop for antique and vintage treasures! All items in my shop are from an estate. Naturally there will be some defects/signs of wear/discoloration.
