12 MINTON dinner plates in cobalt blue and gold. Plates are 10 1/4 inch in diameter.

The body is Minton's highly translucent bone china. See picture of plate with light behind it to understand exquisiteness of the transparency. The complete plate rim features a deep cobalt blue overlaid with an intricate gold scroll motif, and three substantial gold bands. Set is in fabulous condition without chips, cracks or crazing.

There are also for sale 12 matching dinner bowls and 12 salad plates in just as good condition but a slightly more elaborate cobalt blue and gold design. Antique year mark indicates plates were made in 1933. Plates are from my mother's estate.
