Lenox Rutledge China 40 piece set in perfect condition. Place setting for 8
I have 8 complete place settings of five pieces each, total of 40 pieces. I have looked at each piece and they are all perfect with no defects. They have beautiful raised hand painted flowers and a gold rim.
The color is slightly off white. I think it is called "bone".
Each place setting contains a: Dinner plate, Salad plate, bread plate, cup and saucer. This Rutledge pattern has been manufactured since 1939 by the Lenox China company, based in the US.
For a pattern to be around since 1939! It must have something special.As a matter of fact, Rutledge may be the oldest Lenox pattern still in production. What's the secret of its timelessness?
We believe it is one word: cheer. This pattern with it's bright and colorful enamel flowers is second to none when it comes to displaying the colors of spring.
