Offered here is a semi antique Copeland Spode set of 6 demitasse cups and saucers featured in the Queen's bird pattern. A lone bird sits perched on a small tree limb on both sides. One shows yellow flowers while the other has no flowers or fruit.
A design inside on area of the interior also shows a pink flower attached to small tree stump. The handle and edges feature circular blue and mustard colored lines. In New York City during WWII between 1942 and 1945.
Cups measures 3 1/8" Long x 2 1/2" Wide x 2 3/8 High. Saucers measures 5" in Diameter x 5/8" High. Very good to excellent condition! No chips, cracks or crazing on 5 of the 6 pieces. One small chip on the base of a single cup.
