16PC Dinner Service Herend Queen Victoria China Set 4 Place Settings Plates Cups

  

All of the pieces are marked with the 1948 stamp with the exception of the bread plates which all have the 1932 stamp. I do not typically sell items individually and I would prefer to sell this set in larger groups if possible. I have more place settings and some spare pieces available for sale.

If you are looking for a larger or smaller group of pieces or have an interest in multiple auctions, please let me know as I may be able to give a small discount. They do have much more wear but are still lovely usable pieces!

These vintage pieces are in very good condition, showing only minor wear. Some extremely faint utensil or more likely stacking marks are present from years of storage, visible only upon very close inspection.

One plate has seen a bit more use and has some more surface marks that the rest but is still an amazing piece. The gold rims are in excellent condition with minor wear. One piece has some more noticeable rub spots on the rim which due to the fact that the rim curves down the slightest bit, it is only really seen if held up and inspected at eye level. There is a small scuff on a butterfly and some tiny white dots in a flowers, as shown in the close-ups. While these pieces are all at least fifty years old and have some minor flaws, all of the pieces display beautifully! I took my photos in natural lights as it highlights any gold wear or surface flaws extremely well. Most wear will go completely unnoticeable in normal, indoor lighting. The cups are also in excellent condition with minor wear. The brushed gold rims have some rough spots, as shown.

May be normal from manufacturing. Please use the "enlarge" option on the photos to see the condition in greater detail and judge for yourself. Being that each piece is hand decorated, there may be slight variations in the shades, decal or gold placement from piece to piece.

As with any vintage china, you will find the occasional wrinkle, dimple, glaze skip or firing spots in the porcelain. All of my pieces are vintage or antique and are therefore imperfect.
